1:1 Vinyasa Krama

Whether you are completely fresh to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, let's flow together! As much as I enjoy teaching yoga classes, it is always exciting to have the opportunity to work with clients individually. We are all shaped different and our bodies should not be forced to fit into a pose. I believe it should be looked at in the opposite way. Poses can be adjusted to feel good in each body. Learning about your own body and what feels good is how you will take your practice to higher levels. I had the opportunity to receive my 200 hour license in Bali under the instruction of wonderful teachers and am excited to bring what I learned into my own practice and my students' practice.

Wellness Coaching

Today's world has become over-saturated with advice, workout routines, diets, and lifestyle changes that do not work. Each and every one of us needs something different to feel our best. We cannot lock ourselves into thinking we are all the same and what works for one person will work for another. Digging deeper into not only feeding your belly but feeding your mind and soul is what I truly believe will help make the largest changes in health and longevity. Rather than putting yourself in a box the health industry has created, let me help you understand yourself in a completely individualized way.
